Try re-installing/re-patching.
Otherwise e-mail them.

Funny / Sad thing is, bots don't actually get botjailed, ever, since they have long ago been updated not to drop items while jumping and other "bot moves" TQ uses to detect bots.
I once got botjailed for going into the wine cave, never caught for using a bot.

lol i wouldn't put it past TQ, to just keep taking DB's from people in botjail for the 3rd time without telling them they still won't be alowed out.

I'l tell u guys something funny. When i was quiting CO i used all my chars and Shitted on GM in emerald server. After few minutes os spamming him with bad words and stuff in [TALK] got to jail, minute later after spaming bot jail. He whispered me smileys :rolleyes: <- something like that.. he was laughting at me !!!

sorry no other ways than you buying dbs, unless you want to create a new account and start over until you have enough dbs to get out but by that time your "new" account will be better than your "old" account.
