Anyone here knows how long it takes to upgrade 1 item to lv 16?

Roughly, Item level x 2 minutes per level. So it takes 240 minutes which is 4 hours in total. I am not sure if it's like that, but I think it is.

That's right. It will take 4 hours setup to level 16.

I checked the clan page on my old account. Half of the people don't play anymore. It kinda made me sad because I had lots of fun with them… I remember how exciting it was to play with all these awesome people… What is happening with this game? Is it already dead?

Personally, I think it's not because of p2w. It's just because there are lots of another games that people choose instead of DarkOrbit. But DarkOrbit forever in our hearts. <3

i know only for DMG DLB-1 u cann get it from aliens (uber) and give 5% and for DLB-2 i dont know...
