NFS World - Offline Server

Guys, if I update Java to 8.51, will the server still work?

Sorry for the retarded question, I'm just curious.

You don't need the online launcher, you just need the nfs world data folder which is in program data and it's hidden

Have you done a reboot after installing everything?
Are you starting the server using the correct procedure.
Are you selecting an unmodified persona.

C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\Need for Speed World\Data

if you no longer have the game

well thats to all the people here who DIDENT HELP ME AT ALL i got what i needed from elsewhere GLOBAL VINYLS literally all vinyls since nfsw beta

All work good - 1.6 full work =) but powerups work not good - in one time work, and after more time not work

I appreciate the continued progress and that you've been tackling at the issues present with the latest update. Unfortunately the Out of Memory issue seems to still be present for me and when it happens, upon restart I get caught at the infinite starting car glitch. :( (And yes before you ask, I have the latest update of Java installed.)

Nevertheless, I do hope these get ironed out because at the progress it's been going, Need for Speed World has actually been fun for once.

I know =) me help too =) may be, after first launch some info change in system files? Then server stop and after second launch all work good? =) And I see, now changed info in file Persona, that you choose - not copied to server, but changed in folder of original =) Sorry for bad English, may be you don`t understand me =)

sorry to say but really hard to understand. don't worry i am also like you..
I got this powerups bug only in last version of alpha and sometimes in beta v 1.0
Now everything is working like a charm.... :)
just remember.. when a server release, make a fresh server for this. no replacement... [u can back up ur previous version last progress]
