Accept all the critics, not only the positive ones, and maybe you will improve...even IRL.

To stay on topic, server could be great with some fixes, 3k players online that doesn't mean it is the best server around (quantity < quality to me), so hope that you will listen what the players are suggesting, of course not everything is doable.
