This actually worked for my friend, he got hes bans lifted to 2 weeks from permanent when he send message to them about how he likes to spend a lot of money to this game and have spent already many hundreds euros :D

Lets face it, probably 0.5% of his customers got banned, could be less then that, the people who got banned were just the unlucky ones and Riot are setting an example and warning people.

A customer of mine that had about 150-200 refs,got perma banned in game and when they mail'd then,after 2 weeks his ban was lifted.


HE DIDNT BOUGHT FROM GUARDIAN,so its not his fault guys,you have to understand when you use such a service.

I would like to know that, too.
How long does it take until the support answers?
Normally they answer a ticket after a few hours, this ticket is open like 5 days, no answer.
