As it has been said MANY, MANY times HWID is to prevent Leechers.

Did you use a bypass..?

and Ask an Admin about authorization.

HWID is a very smart idea and Neku works hard and Leeching is a pain in the ass, especially since It's HIS work.

EDIT : i but no got ban in S4League only for elitepvpers in Arczi008. I Have In Ban And have in old account HWID Register and now in new account not registered.

I'm guessing what you are trying to say is that you got banned in-game on S4 league? or an account of yours got banned on elitepvpers, or you got banned somewhere for something..?

and you have an old account that has HWID registered and your new account doesn't? Why don't you use that old account (unless that was the one that was banned?)

Make sure you followed the steps to register your HWID correctly.

and you said you were not Authorized, so contact an Elitepvpers Administrator.

just sames old rules; equip stuff, freeze, remove, activate but still getting d/c D:
