Don't change the color in the ID Changer for your weapon, nothing or 0 are the FP Skins for the weapons, if you enter something like "1" your weapons are black or invisible.

But where do i put the 0?

Put in nothing and let the field empty, just if you entered in a number like "1" delete it or change it to "0".

but why do my pen 100% not work ? my whole set is 100%pen +3 weopens and iam not getting additional pen x.x

The stats of clothes are just activated in the match, after this, it's like you played naked, else the server detects your changed items.
If you changed stats like attack +1 to +11, you will have this additional damage in your match, but effects like EXP/Pen+ are out of game and don't will count at the end of a match.
