I actually got suspended on my main account, but since I've spent over 1400 euro on rito pts over the last year, I just posted all transactions of rito pts from paypal (literally, just copy-pasted all of them) to the support and tada: the suspension was lifted after ~12 hours.

If rito sees that You are a good money income for their company - You can do whatever.
If You don't spend a lot of money on rito pts and use black market a lot - bye bye son. :(

Btw. my main acc has over 500 referrals done by guardian. :)

The only thing you can do is (well i don't know if possible) doubt the ban - Just like you did, show them what you spent (or not :D) or doubt that you referred (by bot) not intentionally.

Yeah what usually works with rito is to play on their feelings. There is 75% chance, that You will impress Your supporter and make him/her regret the decision they have made about Your account, since then again, they are all humans.

Going like: oh my goood, I like to spend a lot of money on Your game and on rito pts, I buy rito pts from every salary to buy the skins etc. etc. I'm addicted to Your game, it's awesome, I love skins etc. etc. and when I saw this referral service on some forums and the warwick and twitch skins I went like omg omg I must have this shiet, I didn't know it's against the rules, didn't read the RAF system rules, nor the terms of service, omg omg rito plz dis will neva eva happen agian, I'm so stupid. Banning my acc is like a death sentence for me, rito omg, what am I gonna do with my life, I've spent xx dolla on my acc, rito plz, u cannot do dis shiet to me, I'll kill myself. Ur game is so awesome omg I luv it, sry for my bad steps, it will never happen again. Also engrish ain't my main tongue, excuse me, me a farmer 43y old from Somalia. :D Rito plz!

just curious is it only problem with that exactly one referal maker? cause i cant see any other referal service having ppl telling that they get banned , but lets find out

Yup this could be the issue.

As all of You probably know, guardian does his referrals on NA server.

So it looks really obvious, when You're an EU player and You have referred NA friends only, especially in such amounts in one-two days.

The only way around is to apologize, cry and act stupid. And swear it will never happen again. And hope rito won't be mean to You. :(

Sorry guys, but this is the risk of using the black market. Bans happen, time to time.
