Just go Eic, then you can stay (almost) safe in palla zone, i stay clanless for farm palladium when i need :p

well then dont even enter the UBA .. get a strong ship with UFE and the go in and have some fun and try to be better.You are just wasting time and ammo prolly...
Right now your only concern should be to be UFE,when that is done then move up to the " How to be better on Dark Orbit"

I got a probably a dumb question but.. I'm not a hunter anymore and for the most of the times I play I only shoot npc's and does gates when I can finally afford to place it on the base. But my question is - Is it worth using x4 lazers on x7 map?

I'm asking about x7 because x6 is always full of warclans shooting cubies ^^

It depends on many factors.
1) if you have many and dont know where to spend them ,sure why not
2) what you are after.
f.e. : Do you use x4 because you need CREDITS so bad?
Do you use x4 because you need URIDIUM fast?
Do you use x4 because you are going for RANK ?
3) Are you bored of shooting with x1,x2,x3?

Well in my opinion,as you said that x6 is full of warclans the only thing worth shooting in x7 is Boss Kristallon.Now is it worth shooting it with x4?
Well , if you fast farming it with the pet locator it is somehow of a benefit but still... meh not really..
I would advise you to farm on 4-5 uber saimons uber mordons lordakia that dont neccesarily need to use x4( depends on your ship).
Its a better way of uridium honor and rankpoints overall.
If you have problem with the enemies then yeah , go back to x7 and kill BK.
Using x4 is always a faster way to killing things but you must take in consideration the time,the cost of ammo, and the reward you earn individually from any npc you kill.

First off all thanks for a great answer!

My ship is almost UFE, I just need 3 hercules designs to be UFE.
The only thing I'm aiming for is to get 42k rankpoints and get enough uri to get my last 3 drone designs. I'm not sure if collecting Palla is more efficient way to get those gates out, and I dont care about how long it takes since I only play when I want too, and that's around a few times a week. Shooting aliens in 4-5 is something I haven't thought about so thanks!

And as I said I'm not a hunter as I was before so my x4 is just standing on the same number weeks after weeks ;)

Shooting cubicons is best way to make uridium tbh, if you can't shoot them on your server than shoot bk with pet locator (must have!), also nice profits. I never tried shooting ubers as suggested above so I can't relate to that.
