Der, der die Datei reingestellt hat, ist momentan der einzige der drauf zugreifen kann,
Als Eigentümer kannst dich einloggen und drauf zugreifen, denke aber nicht das du das bist.
Also hat der Uploader das so gewollt, oder es ist ein Fehler.
