if i drop an R,U,E,S item it doesn't show the quality...only if i pick it is for example [E]HornBow...why :(?

really i think some item only cause i also face this kind of problem cause i still can see R,U,E,S some of the item still work and some of the item not going at all for gem all working... i think have to feedback to messi to ask him edit for it
