Press on the clock on the top right there you have a window where you setup the auto stuff, and afterwards right click on the gray off icons to turn them on.

Why is mbot not working?

Because non bot server :) best server. This is not a VSRO server guys. Sailor use the newest isro r files! So no bot is available.
You can use the ingame macro when u need to go afk. Actually we got 1300~ player. PC Limit 1 IP 2.
