- Improved finding a available port for local backend connections. [No more auto relogs after 5-7min yay]
- Fixed issue with relogging a account manually where it wouldn't use new cookies.
- Disabled captcha detection and BCS for now, functionality will remain in the bot for whenever they decide to add it again in a revamped fashion.

- Added atlantis Decoy & Exploit Breaches to npc options.
    - 'Decoy' activates 2.5s after initial attack so it 100% mitigates torpedoes.
    - 'Exploit Breaches' is activated before the initial attack.
- Added all master skills in task system (diff category).
    - El Dorado will need some more work but is near.
- Added option to only target new npc when in atlantis and all launchers are off cooldown. 
- Added rpc enable toggle.
- Added 'Add NPC'-button to NPC Spawn Radar panel.
- Fixed atlantis waypoints & repair/logout corners.
- Fixed atlantis range checks in rare cases
- Fixed display issue showing ammo type name instead of torpedo when torpedoes were selected.

- Improved relog after syncs and during daily restarts/lag restarts.
    - Relog is delayed by 50-72 seconds and account tab index * 10-12 per account so if multiple ships are logged in they don't all relog at once.
- Re-enabled BCS system, not necessary unless using multiple accounts.

- Adjusted 'Decoy' only to be used once per NPC at the start.

- Fixed issue with backend lock files.
- Fixed rare issue with faulty relogs after force updates/syncs.
