does it really matter how do you get it. i have never got an item via drop that's over seal of star and now i can get a sun weapon.That's a big thing for me.

Forgotten world, you do a quest and collect "Talismans" from treasure box thingys and you kinda register the talismans in a collection book
Its not a hard quest, i get at least 1 talisman every run there...
Good way of earning money to if you dont finish the sun quest
i made allmost 600m out of Elder staff and Spell papers :D

but u just cant buy any talisman there are grades on them or not cause that is confusing me seeeing all those cheap talismans in stall net makes want to buy some to complete my collection

when your in togui village only these talismans will drop
At level 71 you cant go to Togui village anymore, the teleport things u get after 71 leads to another world with other quests, for 9dg sun and stuff
Im pretty sure it works like this, but can also be dependant on what quest you take... But id go for the first one =P
