I agree with the unique part, it should be once a week ;) and it should be said n1-2 days before the event, not 5 min before event , for example( in 5 min event starts bla bla bla... thats just lame as fuck :S imo)

you must decrease the force power a bit, you can't leave it with 4 debuffs 80% chance on each .....
