So I tried this, got to the part where i have to press F1 but it doesnt pop up.Can anyone else confirm this?

that part is crap, you don't have to use it. The easiest way is to use str8inyou's mayn exe to stack the pills, drop the lowest corner one, once stacked, then place the pills according to the pattern from lower corner. You can watch his vid too.
