prodller donot work ? say not build

I got random id's on first/two table somebody can help me how to fix it? :/

Hi, I followed those steps because I had the same problem but i still get that error. I have a windows 7 x62
when i go to C:/Windows i dont have a system & C folder only System(which is empty) and system32 folder.
I put the files in the system 32 but still says files are missing :( :confused:

2 start lalaker1DEV as Admin
3 start S4
and so on...

DUde you must put extract it in system too or it will not work i have 64 too it was ok :)?
