Stop the VM, go again to documents -> virtual machine and enter the code again. Sometimes will not take on.

If it dosen´t work, did you changed the wrong file. Make sure your edited the correct file.
The first line of the correct file begins with .encoding = "windows-1252".

I've read all the comments regarding the issue, afterwards I managed to remove it by uninstalling VMware tools. But then I start S4 League and it closes after a few seconds/minutes. Any fixes?

EDIT: It starts but the client itself doesn't show up.

if it gives you a detection error, then it is a corrupt iso file

May I ask why is S4 too slow to start on the Virtual Machine?

I got:

•Pentium Dual Core E5300 @ 2.6GHz
•XFX 7750 1GB GDDR5 ShaderModel 5.0 OpenGL 4.2 (Says 2gb on dxdiag)
•RAM 4GB
•Windows 7 32 bits
