What does the launch do? start the gc patcher or main.exe?

If it starts the grandchase.exe, then
Launcher > unlock > deactivate

can somebody upload me the ai.kom file used in this sd hack?
cuz iam using KOM hack activator cuz its easier to use and dont show any popups when u click a button

fix your UAC setting into high then reboot. then go with instructions on activating that cheat. it works for me. win 7 -32 bit. :)

it means that propably u dont have the right NET framework installed
