i opened my router configuration and found only remote management with the port thing
so i switched to enable and changed port to 80 but still doesnt work

THE SOLUTION TO THE PORT 80 IN USE (listening error) ISUE

As you are using Windows XP SP2, youll probably have the annoying "IIS Admin" service running.
This service is the one which is also listens to port 80

sollution:
Assuming your on XP pro(I dont think it comes with XP home anyway) goto Control Pannel->Administrative Tools->Services->IIS Admin->:Right Click:Properties->Startup Type - "Manual" or "Disabled"->"Stop"->OK

download? can u normaly explain me where to go cuz i cant find any downloads at services...
seriously man i cant even see what port the program uses...at the service properties....

cabalmain.exe is hiden, and isn't showing up in my processlist of ProjectX3.0 O>O
If a solution for this problem already got posted, don't flame me as i've only read the first 10 pages..
I tried Window List and then click CABAL too, but it says: "Error opening process".

powerblaster: GG hides cabalmain.exe - so you must get the process BEFORE or WHILE GG is initializing.

there you will find it ;)

That'll be tricky, cus GG loads in less then a sec, but i'll give it a shot:p

Delete all files in the GG folder of Game-Masters.com and let him "download" the files. So you have enough time. But select cabalmain.exe when he´s initializing.

Yea, i did that.
Still didn't had enough time xD
But, i made myself a quick autoit program so it does this all nicely while it's downloading. It works lol, but when i open the process cabalmain.exe while gg is downloading, it finishes the download, but then doesn't open cabal. And when i click the process in ProjectX 3.0 it takes pretty long too load. (I don't know if that is normal, at least with other games it doesn't take that long.)

You have to set ProjectX right. So open ProjectX and go to the settings and go to Scan Settings. I must disable "Enable Hyperscan when possible" or Cabal doesn´t load too. Then I only enabled in Extras "Open Process". I disabled the rest. I don´t know if you really have to disable "Enable use of Process Watcher" and "Use kernelmode debugger options when possible".

@ lopasas: Well I really don´t know what uses port 80 on your computer...

where can i find out who uses?i cant find a program who uses a port in administrative tools>services properties show some other stuff but not port :/
