doesnt matter about the xp boost server anymore. idk it just works!

It doesnt really close dxtory..just temporarily: it will start again after 1 min ~ (in game)

accually it should start dxtory right after you get into the game, maybe im wrong, this is just so you can set fps limiter to 1.
