I hate this event....... Everyone gets load more stuff and im sat getting fucccckkkkk all hercs for my accounts xDDD

Neviem či sú na fóre nejaký slováci... ale čo už. Zverejním to tu. Ukážka aká je dark-orbit podpora jeblá... Lepšie sa to vyjadriť nedá. Proste nemám slov. xD
Zamestnávajú týpkov ktorý buď nechcú , alebo nemôžu odpísať viac ako 3 súvislé vety.. Najhoršia podpora s akou som sa stretol xD A tiež jediná. Vačšinou podporu nepotrebujem.

Dnes som sa pokúšal vybaviť unban na účet. Bol zabanovaný... za ...asi tomu neuveríte ale za multiúčet z trochu blbým menom xD. Ban tam mám 3-4 roky, presne to neviem s 1 dňovou prestávkou. Najprv som písal eng podpore, je lepšia ako slovenská. Na ten účet mi už raz dala unban, aj keď trval asi jeden deň vďaka zakomplexovanému bývalému adminovy...

Takže tu je ktorý som písal eng podpore + odpoveď.

AK bol na účet udelený ban... Znie to ako keby sa to ani neobťažoval preskúmať...

Neviem to pochopiť. Ako môže byť banovanie hráčov prospešné pre firmu čo to prevádzkuje? Sila ako si za tým stoja. Užívateľ dostal ban, nevieme za čo, ale už ho má tak mu ho necháme. Je jedno že ho má asi 4 roky...
Veď z takejto stratégie musia klesať zisky ._. Toto sa ani nedá nazvať podporou.
Celkovo som mal 3 učty, jeden kúpeny -> ban. Dva dalšie mi zabanoval ten istý admin. čo už xD
Ale na druhej strane, tým že som dostal ban som sa zbavil závislosti na DO. Všetko zlé je na niečo dobré :D

Yea, the support of DO really sucks. They're not willing to help with anything. And when it goes about unbanning, never ever expect you'll get unbanned unless you have a friend admin. That's how this "fair system" works.
