At that point, donators will of course start selling clocks. Right now, there's no demand, so nobody sells them. But in two weeks when everyone needs clocks, everyone will start selling them :)

If I were you, I'd just stop questing for a few days and focus on farming some SP by killing mobs (not as part of a quest). After that, proceed with the Roc Mt. quests (all of them) and you'll be about 100. After 100, sp is not an issue as quests give a lot of sp :)
