Why dont you just try to bot yourself new acc or just buy a new one? :) If one story ends, it doesnt need to mean that the whole story ends too

Sold accounts are super easy to ban, it's enough if you or someone friend of yours have ever accessed the account and have kept some details from it.

Just need to contact support, say that you have sold the account. Provide for them all e-mails you ever used on the account (if possible give also the e-mail where from you received the account), the e-mail which in it was changed, your ip address, A LOT of payment confirmations if payments have been ever made, all passwords you never used, in-game names, UserID and GlobalAccountID.

Those ID's you find from any support tickets you have sent.

I recommend you to contact bp support, they are only ones who can possibly help you. They can maybe help you if you can provide enough information about the account.

You must always trade over Epvp and use a trusted DARKORBIT Middleman, like me, Tim and others. Never ever trade without a trade!

userId : 17217831 ----> globalID
userKeyId : 5266885 ----> userID (of your game)

Those are from your scammed account ^^

I contacted the support, they are ok to change the email address (I said that I had made a bad manipulation), but they want:
1. Copy both sides of an ID card
2. Game, server, ID
3. pseudo with which your account was created for the first time
4. Proofs of transactions (scans of payments, numbers of transactions, number of telephone or mobile with which you called or sent SMS, etc.)
5. If you have no more access to your formerinbox, we also need a letter of your operator either a documentary evidence proving that the former e-mail address was good yours.

I have the ID and proofs of transactions, should I have to send them the photo of my ID card?

If you are >14 and the name you used in all transactions (if so) is the same name i dont see the problem, but that is your decision
