- 4% daily → ≈ 24.86% chance of being banned
In 1 month (30 days):- 1% daily → ≈ 26.03% chance of being banned
- 4% daily → ≈ 70.61% chance of being banned
And keep in mind:- These numbers only cover permanent bans.
- The rates would be even higher if we factored in temporary bans (EAC temp suspensions).
This clearly shows the problem isn’t isolated to Facepunch servers. For example: - A friend of mine got banned yesterday on a modded server.
- I’ve also seen bans on major servers like Rustafied and Reddit Rust.
The bottom line: there is no such thing as "Undetected on Modded"
Cheats fall into only two categories:
A) Detected
B) Undetected
If a cheat is already raising flags in EAC, or it’s doing things that look bad under manual investigation, then it’s not safe. Period.

These numbers are only if you see every having the same "chance" of getting banned, that i don't believe to be the case because:
- Ban rate would also show HWID ban as you cannot filter that out.
- Ban rate i would imagine would also show 1 person getting banned on multiple accounts in order to try and solve their issue. (Potentially HWID or ChudVision issue)
- The ban rate you are referring to above is calculated in % "chance", but that's not how you calculate a chance over X days/time etc.
- Ban rate (I imagine) isn't filtering out bans only happening on Facepunch as was a known problem.
After potentially filtering out these problems/potentially issues that could also cause bans to be "registered" the "real" or actual ban rate/chance that the general user have i imagine would be much much lower.
I have in one or the other way a connection to almost all providers on this list, i know that it isn't unusual at all to have a ban rate between 1-5%, as long as it isn't 5% or above constantly, i don't see any issues and i have confirmed the actual ban rate of ChudVision atm, and it's not 4%.

By the way, fun fact this problem was known for a long period of time but ChudVision still decided to open the applications and accept new users, which is scummy.

Yes it indeed seems there was a problem with ChudVision at one time,
however i find it difficult to confirm if it was a small issues all users had, a small issues a small amount of users had, or simply as i stated above a combination of issues with HWID & Facepunch. The reason why it's so hard to confirm this, is because it all happened 4+ months ago...
When all this is said, i have tried to look into it and i also looked into it at that time ChudVision had issues with Facepunch servers, i however didn't see enough reports from players only playing modded servers to confirm at that time also, that it was detected, the fact that you have shown proof of a ban rate around 3-4% in a period of time, isn't what I would see as a detection.
I just wanted to let you know i have fully looked at what you provided but also tried to see what the case was in the ChudVision server.

Appreciate that, i will be adding both of you product to show which one have been detected and also to register the detection.
