I've just joined this server and got really disappointed in it.

Firstly, its official website says there are 740+ players online, however I've yet been able to see them.
There were only 3 parties listed and the server looked totally empty for me.

I have gotten acquainted with several old, reputable players there of whom all had confirmed that there are maximum 100 players online in a day.

Secondly, they all said that it is pointless for me to start playing there if you are not willing to donate for silk.
If you wanna become someone on this server, you'll need to purchase silk for at least 1k EUR. Simply because everyone playing on the server has +27 - +30 set already as they had enough time to get hold of a decent set.
You won't be able to beat them without donating for silk, no matter what you do.

I have played on this server for approx. 30 minutes, have achieved level 9 but had decided to delete the game after all.
I was unable to see a single skill above lvl120, I'm not sure if there is any new skills (lvl120+) in this game.

Unfortunately, I was unable to do so as the sro_client.exe & GFXFileManager.dll couldn't be deleted.
It will probably take me some time to delete these files.

This was my scenario on this server.

On this private server you don't have to donate to make gold and get rich.And is not overpowered,when a wizzard with +30 staff is killed by anyone with a +18+22 weapon.Chars are very nice balanced and don't favor anyone.Me i play on glaive.I have been making trade, hunt pan luma level 1 uniq and go everyday to forgoten 3 grade for a month,in this month i succed to gather gold to buy a Glaive egy b +26adv ,wich have a very nice glow .Now i work to gather gold to buy a set.From start if you make trade gather lottery and change them you can win immortal stone 14 dg,rocket and many other nice gifts.If you hunt pan luma lv 1 unique it drop arena coin,gold and many other gifts.If you go everyday to forgotten 3 grade you have a chance to drop egy weapon or rocket or talismans.Every Saturday EM Maruko make low level event,middle event,and if you are online than you can level up to 140 lv.You can put your char to bot over night for sun drops at 139 lv mobs.Gather items ,sell them and get rich.You don't have to donate to get rich on this private server.You can get strong without donate,just playing.Many players who donate,fail their items and quit,players who work for their items,don't fail and stay playing.EM/GM áre friendly,everyday they make events for all players,if you participate at event you can gather reverse,global,arena etc you sell an make gold.If you gather 8000 arena coin,you can buy the most powerfull ring in game the Gollam Ring.Is a perfect server for pvp pve,and you can just play it,no need to donate for it.My char name in Demonroad is :Sekhmeth if you need more info in game .

When ever I press start on client a message saying "unable to detect sro_client.exe. Please disable your virus buster," and i've already disabled my firewall and anti viruses on it.
If I just press on Sro_client.exe, the game loads but wont let me log in, saying: "failed to connect (c8)

Yes, this server is not for noobs. Every idiot who annoy GMs or other players or attemp to scam got banned instantly. So this server is nice and clean. I recommended play here only if you not noob.Also attitude of GM/EM is fine, actualy many ppls like it :-).

Probably you were asking the EM/GM for items/gold/plvl
They do never give someone gold or items..for plvl, they make events daily so you should attend them
