It's not hard, it's just impossible, any existing software can be abused no matter how "good" programmer you are.

The problem is, they keep updating that useless system instead of banning abusers, restarting the server everyday for nothing, that makes people upset, specially because they always do it in the worst hour for most of players (midnight/1-3am as most of players live in eu or middle east)

IP Limit 1 kills any PvE server, IP Limit 2 is enough, we all need an extra char for stall 24/7, storage and farming elixir/stones while we do job/pvp/hunt uniques/etc... IP Limit 3+ is a shit.
