Your question is a bit mumbled... hard to understand.
1st, If the game doesn't run, you're in the wrong place to ask questions. Go to Alaplaya forums. (or Just reinstall the game);
2nd, The Item Manager will only be "There" if you run it... The is a video guide at the 1st post on how to use it, or just follow this steps, if you can understand english.

Steps:

1. Run Item Manager as Administrator; (Vista/7)
2. Start S4 League;
3. (Optional) Log In with ALL Caps or RaNdOm caps username;
4. (Optional) Change Language server if you crash in your 1st choice;
5. Enter your inventory, equip all the disired Clothes and Weapons (Usage-Timed, aka, Fumbi);
6. Click on the Item manager list, then on the field above and enter a profile name: pex.: Camp equips, TD.ATK..., then press SAVE;
7. Now UNEQUIP ALL, we want your chara as nekid as they were born to S4L;
8. Double Click the profile you want;
9. Change Chara (>lvl5) or Go to Shop/Characters and onto lobby/inventory again (<lvl5);
10. Tada! Now your not using your clothes/weps, they're timmer is not running out when you join a game, and you get to keep they're PLUSes;
11. To Change Profile (or STOP using the item manager), simply press Restore, then to equip again follow step 8 and following again.

What ITEMS can you freeze:

• Permanent Clothes/Weapons;
• PEN Weapons;
• FUMBI Weapons;
• FUMBI Clothes;
• Skills.

And WHY?

• 'Cause this items have a Usage count down, meaning, ONLY when you enter a game room and play do they start expiring. (The same happens with permanent items, the durability only decreases when in a game room)
• Other items have a different way of count down, since you buy them for a continuous spawn of time, like 1day, 5days, 30days; meaning that they expire as soon as that time period is over. Buy for 1day a shirt and pants costume at, pex., 10am day 01 and they'll expire at 10am day 02. (Ex.: PEN Clothes, AP Clothes (and Weapons, I'm not sure about this one))

the awsome thing is that for some reason invisibilty worked for me...
my legs and pants were invisible...
I rlly dont know what i did. the only thing i remember was that y pants had expired and suddenly i looked like rayman...

You were/are invisible 'cause they expired. The IM CAN'T Mirror an item that's not there.

If I were to be a GM i would keep a covert Identity rather than chattering in BIG YELLOW LETTER or having a GM clan mark on me wherever i go.

No hard feelings guys, I'm saying this cause I don't trust anyone INGAME. And however, we can't really predict what GM can do. And using this hack in free channels, is just way too dangerous, cause you never can point out a GM unless they talk, and you don't know if there is a new GM, do you?

It DOES work on male chars but not on female ones.
Could you please try it out on your own?
