You may be making a change you shouldn't be making. A common example for this people used to change their items while they're equipped. Please refrain from changing items if they're equipped.

Also I've seen people getting disconects/crashes because they've changed type A item into type B item. For example ; a card -> countersword.
Refrain from changing "unequipable" items to equipable items.
