Advice from me. If you want to get more people at the start, you have to give more starter items to make things little bit easier. You could edit them 1 month later or so. There are soo many servers like yours but different cap or with euro. Why would they choose yours ? Think a bit.

there are speed pots and exp scroll from the potion merchant quests by lvl 5 and up ..

is there anyway you can make a trade transport starting at lvl 60. I understand that you want higher level since that is the focus of server but having minimal gold before lvl 85 is miserable. I mean you can say that gold isnt really needed since we got auto equip and such but pots cost lot of money and it would be nice to start trading at 60. Let me know what you think GM

also how come uniques give such low exp?
