how to send server commands?

my xamp not start why ? :( i cant start it when i click start button it doesnt start :( anyone can give me %100 work xamp ? :(

If u got skype open, close it. It can block port 80. If u want to have skype open at the same time go to skype settings, advanced and then something like "dont use port 80"

i got it all working but really unless you want code for a year on it it's useless the Offline do worked much better things like shooting work not good and everything is bugged and doesn't save so yeah its nice idea but it's not good for play it doesn't shoot good lasers but it does but emp smb ish rockets techs nothing else works so.. you can only shoot on x1 bugged some streuners and fly a bit , just saying dont suspect to much of it ^^

what is in your .bat? if (x86) try remove it
