@ravzan why u need cheat engine?
you dont get the pearls or the gold.
cheat engine change only the picture from number. not more.
when u change the site for example from home to market. u get the old pearls.

CE changes the value of the Gold / Pearls , it's only visual cause the value just changed at Clientside not Serverside
