won't open, idk what to put in for user and pin, i put in a real gmail but idk what to put in for those. kbot cc also says its offline

hello i have a big problem, when i put the bot to start killing alines in 2-2 it automatically jump to 2-1 and then the bot crashes :S what i can do to stop this ? thanks

i have problem wit kbot? mahbot? ibot all not loading the cc center isnt loading my user numbers either i just not being able to start any the bot but uri war bots are working i think ibot kbot needs update becouse the cc isnt conecting and the bot will load acount user id but then nothing wont load wont close just crashes
