Order placed on the 17th (if I remember correctly, around midnight, meaning only so much of the day can actually be counter). He started leveling a couple of hours after this (had done 2-3 games myself and was lvl 3 at the time) and blazed his way to 15 in a day or so, and now I am already level 26 - probably 27 when I come back later tonight.
Just thought I'd give the man a free bump and post back with my experience. Used his services before, but still felt odd about giving him my account for leveling. As always, for no reason it seems: there has been no odd activity on the account, and the only time I was worried was when he stopped at 15 - but that was only to change his leveling method.
The only thing I can give him as constructive feedback (something he could improve on) would be to start on the referrals while the leveling is in progress - 0 refer-a-friends have been started yet. Not sure if that's just a database error (my EUW account I bought referrals for at the same time already got his), or if he has actually not created them yet.
Anyhow, then for the shameless bump and a vouch - if you're looking for refs of powerlvling, this is the guy to turn to. Don't let the fact he is offline from skype quite often discourage you - his bots appear to be running 24/7, and he takes care of issues you run into when he gets your messages, and speaks fluent English so there shouldn't be problems dealing with him.
