It works but,after you restart s4 the stats will be restored.
You can also change an FP effect to pen + and it will be remain with that stats?

for me it didn't work 2 of 2 times..
the first time i forgot to screen, but the second time i did, and it didn't work. -> screen

edit: btw i changed the stats for EVERY item, but i couldnt screen 'em all.

Open Bypass.
Open S4
(If a HDWS Error apears don't click "OK" just move the widow)
Go to shop.
Open cheatengeen
change values.
Buy items (cloth, weapons)
Be happy.

That doesn't happen to me I put my weapons to attack +11% and after logging of and logging back, Their pretty much still there, that is... until my guns expire. ;D
