How to Win Lottery items?

again i won (+8elitebow)

Lottery is totally random. There is no way to determine when you will get a good item.

ironically- tho the lotto is random and built on a count system- i have actually done this before, and won good, so i tested it with 810cps on 3 accounts and here are the results!
(these were tested 10 at a time, different times, when someone won a DB or greater)

Noob1: +3 stone, +1 pack, DB, +1, LifeBasket, PKAmy, PKAmy, [E] 1-soc bag, meteor, +2 stone
Noob2: +8 HeavyRing, UniqPack, +1 stone, SuperHalbert, Class6MoneyBag, +4 stone, SuperTortiseGem, +2 stone, +2 stone, DisguiseAmmy
Noob3: SuperHook, Class8MoneyBag, PKAmmy, LifeBasket, +1 stone pack, [E] 1-soc warrior helm, 3 lillies, Class2MoneyBag, +2 stone, DB

again, ironically, i think there is something fishy about that red box i use :)

lol dosn't work
