[Guide] for new Chinese PServer

i cant register
it keeps saying "¹§Ï²£¬×¢²á³É¹¦£¬»¶Ó*À´µ½ÓÐÁ½¸öÔÂÁÁµÄÊÀ½ç" when i filled in all the fields, tried it in many ways.
or can anyone make me an account? and pm me the login and pass you chose? that would be awsome

OK for some reason when I download the patch and try to open it, it says "this is not a valid win32 file" any idea why???

omfg I get windows program error or w/e and it says something, so that patch installion doesnt work for me. -.-

hmn have some one the same problem as me? when to instal the tz2moons-dekaron-36.0.10 in dekaron eu folder it just disappear?

Umm i did all...but what does this mean?
When i write account and password i get a message over the accound window saying something and i know its (Connecting and etc) But when the messages stop that means that i am connected or something i get turned back again in the login window...does that mean that the server is full?...

this is a great server it got low pings 880-1100 only

Install a english patch then maybe you'le be able to see what the problem.
