If you mean how 7.1 is, the answer is no. That's hard-coded into the server itself.

not currently no all mobs are built like 7.2 versions more hp,def,exp,etc
but as far as actual attibutes that may or may-not be redone in end.
but this is ours not public release so no worrys on hard mobs yet.

as far as blacksmith and hv buffer im not sure when we got it working i included this fix in the public beta and shipped it off to jw if they had time to fix it or not is uncertain.
if not that can be fixed at some point and and posted publicly it shouldnt be majorly difficult.

the public beta is ready to go. but still voting on the release date.
its not the current version were working on but its on par with aor so thats a plus.*with fixes aor doesnt have like max lvl 300*
the version were working on is 95% i would say 96% but concidering hv wasnt pernimently fixed but set to be open as long as you buy a pass it didnt gain 1%
but with this release *in a day or 2 probly* it gives you alot of fixes and allows us more time to finish threw 7.2
pets and tames fixed nm and uni summon but lack learning skills.
ifrit,genie,naga fixed
all portals including sanc,pp2 fixed im not sure on toa in this version.
hv works theres a pass sold in kts npc.
inventory,max gold increased,quests.
names,hair,friends,*duels i think i didnt check but it was fixed not long after the last release so it should be* to name a few.ursa is fixed in this.

we ll added a few tweaks to this down the line i had heard jw said she was going to add something special to it im not entirly sure if she did. you will just have to wait and see what that is ^^

were not even sure staging is possable at this point yet.
