im willing to buy the files if they are 5,000 USD or lower.

Nobody will sell their files. They will make to much profit with them, to just give them away for a price which they can get in few weeks/months.

I would buy them for 50€, for sure ...
But then you need a root for like 20k €.

Hab die GM's schon so oft pmt, der liest nur die pms, antwortet aber meistens drauf nicht.

A root for 20k is ridiculous, Rent a dedi for about 300-400€ and ure able to handle 2k-3k Players, i already talked with oriya about that. But of course you want more servers, for more players, so lets say you have 3 lagg free servers that can handle 2500 players. It will cost you around 1000€ a month, but since you have 10k really active players( because the other 2500 players play in different time zones ) you will make that 1000€ back in probably a week.

Probier es aus wenn der server on ist. Aber soweit ich gelesen habe war bei thsro des gefixt.
