The model items is in the model folder, just open it, and download everything.
And, take note, that link leads to my public Patch items folder for GCPH, you can also find the gameguard files and other patch items there.

If you get stuck on downloading a patch file, restart your PC. Repeat the process once it gets stuck again.
I rebooted my laptop a couple of times, 5-6 maybe, just to complete my patching. I was on WiFi so that may be the culprit.
