Did you use edxsilkroadloader6 instead of edxsilkroadloader5?
I don't get any disconnects using 6.

Well, just when I was bragging...
Now I get "run time error 6" then get disconnected about every 15-45 minutes on client ibot.
It just started last night after botting for over a day with no issues.
Anybody got any ideas what it could be?

Clientless does not produce the DC like it does in client.
My guess it is the edxsilkroadloader6 that is causing the error.

So I downloaded this and there wasn't an srodir.ini file in it when i extracted it. so i made one and when i start the bot I dont see the rune client box. I followed your guide step by step. what i do wrong?

All my characters bot fast except for my rogue, he is so slow. Anyone else got this issue?

When i start hackshield the game will autolaunch, but after it is launched the hackshield still sais: waiting for client (while it's already opened). I did the mediapatch, changed the iphs and so but still its not working. Anyone had this problem before? Or know how to solve it?

I'm receiving Hack Shield Error01 (00010501) whenever I start Edxloader to connect to ibot. Anyone has any suggestions how I can fix this?

Did you change the revision to the one posted ( as of 3/10/12 it says rev 1.354) on SRO client startup page?

Hello all this is my 1st post ever and i am hoping i can get a little help. I will be as specific as possible here, i am running window 7 x86 and i am playing the original Silkroad, i have the latest IBOt version 1.1.36 i am getting an error but no notice as to what it is. I have followed these instructions :Added Hackshield and Run SRO Hackshield to programfiles(86)/silkroad,added edxsilkloaderDll5.dll and edxSilkroadLoader5 to the same folder,PHmediapatcher is also in the folder. regOCXFiles_x86 has been installed as well as vcredist_x86. Inside the IBOT/INit folder i believe my problem lies as i dont know which file to change i have tried the r_iphs and changed the ip to the one inside my hackshield. This is probably where i need your help guys.......

My dilemma starts like this i run media patcher, then sro hackshield (everything seems fine) sro pop's up and hackshield reacts then i click on start. SRO starts then i open ibot and a strange thing is on it, it says " You are using silkroad Revolution Server!" it seems that it should say im using silkroad server... I then open edxSilkroadLoader5, click on redirect gateway server, patch seed, multiclient, NOP Hackshield, and swear filter. I then change my redirect gateway to 16000 like it says on the ibot i have started, i click Launch... wait... SRO briefly pop's up then immediately dissappears ibot now says ibot-Client connected to login server but.... nothing else happens. I may be wrong but i think it has something to do with the text files inside the Init folder, if anyone can help me i would be forever greatful.

You need to get edxSilkroadLoader6, you can find it on ProjectHax or a quick google searched returned -> [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

I have not tested the above download, but it seems legitimate.

How do you configure clientless for auto Exp share so PT monsters will spawn?
I have it set on item share since I don't see a 4/4 Exp share option available in misc /ibot auto party page.

Client ibot seems to DC ( runtime error 6) more than clientless so I use clientless.

Misc > Auto Party > Change it to 8/8 share
