For AP udyr,
you can use magic pen or attack speed reds, flat mana regen or flat armor yellows, flat magic resist or per level, or cooldown per level blues, and Movespeed or attack speed quints. Magic pen reds allow you to do more damage in pheonix stance. Attack speed reds and quints allow you to proc your pheonix stance passive more often. Flat mana regen yellows help with your early game mana problems. You won't be using ap that much early on as you should stick to turtle stance. Flat magic resists allows you to lane safer against casters and magic resist per level gives you more durability in late game team fights against casters. You shouldn't be spamming your abilities early game, but you might need to spam them or rotate them late game, so cooldown per level helps in that aspect. You also won't be needing Movespeed allows you to stick to your enemies while in pheonix stance.
There are many rune combinations for Udyr. Do not feel restricted to these set-ups and try your own.
