Dude 1999811006 is the Effect of the 100% Unique Up Booster you can't change an effect into item o..o , but you could change an item to any thing , example you have a Storm Bat with ForcePack status you could change the bat into a crash storm bat or Fryin bat and it'll appear that you'v got it from Gc Capsuls
and for the new ID list of the new item's and it's effect's here it is

UNIQUE BOOSTERS ITEMS
x1.5 Unique Booster - 5040001
x2 Unique Boost - 5040002
x3 Unique Boost - 5040003
x4 Unique Boost - 5040004
x5 Unique Boost - 5040005

I know what are you talking about x.x I think your items will be changed if you try more and more, like me :3 I always relog 10-15 times but when Im lucky just 2-3
