Yes, Tera closed and as I know you can Message Konstantin on DemonRoad forum with your char name and you'll get the same amount of DP in the main server (DemonRoad).

Suggest you to check ingame for a guild that is recruiting. Not everyone from DR is using elitepvpers forum and can see this. Hope you can find a suitable guild.
