While I believe that putting anime, game, visual novel, and other anime-related passwords on hacks seems a bit extreme to the casual players of GCPH (and perhaps, other GCs as well), I think that it keeps people from easily sharing the hack. This keeps the number of SD hackers to a bare minimum.
I don't agree with Richard that 65% of Filipinos are otakus, though. Do note that "otaku" is a term generally meant for people who know a lot about anime-related stuff, and just knowing about Naruto and other popular anime does not mean you are an "otaku". I also don't believe that anything Japan is "common knowledge" in the Philippines and anywhere in the world. Not everybody knows what "taiko drumming" is - and that's something Japan.
While I'm proud to say that I can crack almost every password, I think that Noein's passwords are generally on the mid-to-high difficulty scale (which probably means he's almost a hardcore "otaku" on anime, manga and games). Just understand that most people will come to hate these passwords, because password crackers need lots of knowledge regarding Japanese animation stuff.
I can only say these to people who "sour-grape" on the passwords: if the passwords were Filipino-related, it would generally be easy for everyone to hack. More hackers = more motivation to debunk hack efforts. That's why the hacks have passwords. The best you can do if you can't crack them alone is to find someone who can.
That's all. Wow, I can't believe I ranted. :D
