I've ordered over thusand referals from him and they always were done in the end. Don't panic, i bet there is some reason for the delays.

well now my refs are scattered between lvl1-3. I'm assuming that if he doesn't finish it by tonite ill miss out on harrowing. the guarantee was extremely misleading. he hasn't responded to any of my pms or Skype messages as well

As ex-ref service owner, sometimes things fuck up badly and its usually riot doing some patches or ISP problems

DOnt worry guys had the same problems after 10 days my lol ref page showed me all the refs on the right level

There's delays atm but they're all getting done.
