How is this server doing? I would like to join but i dont like high drop rates (80x). Is it one of those servers where everyone has got shinny weapons and FB sox sets?

Well, everyone start playing form 0 with no sets, weapons.. you start plvl yourself, then collect gold from mobs, events, tardes, fgw, hwt... and then you can start get the "shiny" weapons and sets(People got them because they are worked hard to get it)... and it's not so easy to get it, that's why it's fun to play there. you have always something to do, and yeah I like to play there. :) If you have anymore another questions feel free to PM me ingame Undyne.
