You can choose to see every mission.On default you can see only missions you can accept do this and you'll see.

yes but you have to complete the other missions so to unblock it you will have to do several missions before

there are no autolock program right or anti stealth programs? coz this one guy in my server damn im sure he is using it. everytime i pass by instant autolock. even with aliens around still autolock.

In public there are no autolock tools, but who knows maybe a veteran programmer made one for himself and keep it private. =)
