hello iam not sure u're aware of this but thieving is no longer good or fun anymore why is that? cuz like 95% of the server are traders/hunters and only 2 or 3 guilds are thieves .. and not only that .. they constantly zerk and always like always 100% with snow so its like 5v1 and 3 of em are zerking and we cant do shit about that and moreover they got moon now like its fckin useless to thief anymore.. u sir gotta think about that...

For those who dont understand...

Physical Defense= Str x Physical reinforce + Total Physical defense.
Magical Defense= Int x Magical reinforce + Total Magical defense.

Physical Attack= Str x Physical reinforce + Physical damage.
Magical Attack = Int x Magical reinforce + Magical damage.


Phy reinforce of your weapon will determine your physical defence. Same as magical reinforce in your weapon determine your magical defence.

Phy reinforce will determine your phy atack & defence power. And Magical reinforce in your boots will determine your magical defence & atack!

Reinforce values of your set is very important cuz they affect your total atack & defence power! Reinforce means ''support''. Wake up!

thieves suppose to have higher limit for example 500/550 instead 450 to attract more casuals :D

imagine 1k hunter-trader and only 30 thief.

where noob turks-egyptian traders can do only zerk.

this is how jobbing works here.

there are few thiefs left in game. when they change job: server will die.

1- shields has critical bonus, which translates into blade or sword. if you have crit 100 blue on your shield, you are more likely crit with your blade or sword. and no, being south korean doesnt makes your english n00b.
2- if you add blocking rate to your heuksal/spear, you are more likely block atacks when using heuksal buff near mag def buff.

Dude what you are saying is completely irrelevant with your first argument.
You said the gear reinforcements increase your damage, no only a weapons reinforcement increase your damage. Not by any kind man.

That is a skill, just a skill. Nothing to do with your armor or whatever reinforcements. And if you wear armor, you have a stable physical deffance while you also have the dual snow shield and your other most useful skill will also increase your magicial deffance way beyond a garment set standalone. You get to improve your gear to +10 from +5 or something if you do that.

As far as I know, the 'Critical' thing on the shield increases your Critical Parry Ratio. There's only 2 things in the entire game that reduces critical chance, and this is one of them (those stats can't be viewed like the others). The other is the 1-handed Warrior passive. The 'Blocking rate' in your weapon reduces the chance of your hits being blocked by a shield. Although I only have an extensive amount of anecdotal evidence for this, I believe myself over believing someone who thinks Parry ratio affects criticals and that armor reinforce affects your damage output.

And yes, the translations are very poor.

The heuksal thing only works against pure magical attacks, it's absolutely useless in most situations.

YOU have no idea about this game. But since you're stupidly stubborn, I will bring all sources to support my arguments as I see you won't learn in any other way.

1) Shield don't have any critical bonus, they have Critical Parry Rate (Which was wrongly translated as only "Critical" from Korean to English)

Game System -> Alchemy -> Adding Magical Properties

Magic Stone Type: Magic stone of penetration
Magical Properties: Magical Property of Critical Hit Evasion is added to the shield.
Effect: Chance to be struck by Critical Hit decreased

2) This is the stupidest thing I've ever read.

Magic Stone Type: Magic stone of discipline
Magical Properties: Magical Property of Breakthrough is added to the weapon.
Effect: Enemy's block rate decreased

Now tell me, who knows better? A random player saying random facts without source in a forum or the company that created and has developed the game for more than 10 years?

Also, if you want more crit in your weapon, you just need Roc's Magic Stone of Sharpness, which DOES increase your critical chance as well as you can increase your block rate with Roc's Magic Stone of IronShield.

Also, if you want to keep arguing, better get an official source. Otherwise you're just spamming nonsense to get attention.
