Does the GC PH hack works?

ok, after extracting, i tried playing, nothing works, is there something else i need to do? to make it work. sorry for asking im really new to this >.<

and one more thing, if i used 7-zip i dont seem to have a problem but if i use winrar i tend to have problems >.<

to make it clearer, the error says' access denied >.< for every file that cant be replaced while extracting

hurray i made it work! the only prob is now the only hack working is hp xD
